We have been associated with the Swinfen Charitable Trust since 1998 in providing email advice on neurological problems to doctors at 86 hospitals in 39 countries in the developing world .  We have documented the effectiveness and safety of this in a number of publications and can advise about setting up and managing projects.

We are also closely involved in a telemedicine project connecting remote health centres in rural Nepal with a local hospital by telephone email and videolink and another for optimising care for patients with epilepsy living remotely.
